Restore the shine to the crystal using a soft, lint-free cloth. Rub gently to remove dust and fingerprints that have accumulated on the surface of the crystal.

• What materials are used?

We use stainless steel. As for our crystals, they are made from ordinary glass. Except for the Suncatchers from our Icons collection, where we use very high quality Austrian crystal.

• Where are the products manufactured?

All our Suncatchers are made by our team in our workshop in the southwest of France, in Capbreton.

• How to properly install the suction cup supplied with the Suncatcher?

Clean the surface and then moisten the suction cup to create adhesion between it and the surface on which it will be positioned. Finally, press the suction cup firmly against the surface.

• I am a professional. Do you resell the products in B to B?

• How do I return an order?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the package to write to us at rayonne.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. The return costs are your responsibility (except in the case of the wrong item received or the item received broken, etc.). We do not accept returns of gift cards and personalized items. Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

• Can I exchange or return a personalized product?

Custom products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns on custom products (not for resale).

• What are the delivery times?

Our products are shipped within 2 to 6 business days. Delivery is made in 2 to 5 business days for mainland France. For personalized products, allow one week of manufacturing time plus delivery.
